Notice: We lean heavily upon published material to minimize the number of hours we spend coaching. For example, if Heroic Masculinity will directly address many of the issues coached, we will recommend purchasing and listening to the program. That's 12 hours of material, which would cost $2,400 to pay Wendy or Dawn to explain, or $4,200 to pay Scot to explain. For less than the price of an hour of coaching, a client could learn all the material and the coaching sessions could focus on specific application to the client.
Requirement: We reserve the right to terminate a client at any time for failure to follow through on agreed upon assignments. Clients have every right to decline to follow our program. We have the same right to double our standard fee or decline to work with a client altogether.
Conway-style coaching is heavily dependent upon resources. This provides leveraged value for the client and more effective coaching for the Conway Coaching Team. The client receives hours upon hours of training and mentorship from Scot Conway and other leaders and teachers without paying the hourly rate of a Life Coach.
